I really enjoyed my stay hear. The rooms were clean, the staff were excellent. Didn’t eat the breakfast except for my last day. Have to give a huge praise for Janey(spelling?). She was exceptional and friendly. I had to set and watch her being berated by an idiot whom thought he was owed the world. She handled it so well, all while training a new person. Had it been me, someone would have been trying to pry my hands from this jerk’s throat. But she smiled and assured him that she would correct the issue. Every time I went through the lobby and she was there she was smiling and jovial. There is one other person that I would like to recognize but have forgotten her name but she was more than accommodating. There are not any negatives I can put against Home2 Suites on this stay.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at for that price range. It's about 1/2 hr from Phoenix convention center but for the amenities I think it's a wonderful option. It's clean, with modern, hip decor, and plenty of lounge options in the common area including a pool table. Very friendly, attentive staff. Love that I can open my door with the Hilton app. I'll definitely book here again.

Stay: November 18-20th, 2025 Room: King Bedroom Suite (Room 313) Price: 30,000 Chase Points ($180/night cash) Room: Good, Fairly large. Living Room area with curtain to seperate bed Large Counterspace and Desk Half kitchen with Full Sized Fridge, Microwave, and Dishes Good amount of storage Breakfast is available 6-9am. It is split into two sections across the large lobby. Hot food included Eggs (Scrambled and Omelet) and Sausage, a Waffle Maker, and Pancake Maker. A good selection of Contintental Items as well. The Gym is also very large and connected with the laundry room. A good design to allow you to get a workout in while doing laundry. One thing to note: depending on the time of the year, there are a fair amount of baseball players staying long term that utilize the gym for their various workouts. Other Notables There is also a pool table and various games available to play in the lobby Good: Shower had warm water very quickly. Shampoo and Conditioner and Body Wash. Soap dispenser and bar soap were also a plus. To be aware of: Room and hotel in general had fair amount of wear and tear in spots. Everything worked fine, just something to expect from an extended stay hotel Overall a good hotel for both short and long term stays. If you are looking for more luxury, there are certainly better options.

I spent approximately five months at this property, and it truly became a "home away from home" during my stay. The management and staff are exceptional; I had the pleasure of getting to know many of them, and their consistent helpfulness and hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is situated in a very safe area with an ideal balance of amenities. There is no shortage of activities nearby, ranging from excellent shopping and hiking trails to vibrant nightlife and major sporting events. I would have gladly extended my stay to a full year; however, the significant price increases during the winter and spring seasons made a longer stay impractical. Despite the seasonal rate hikes, I highly recommend this location for its safety, convenience, and outstanding service.

Sariana is an absolute asset to this company. I have never seen more wisdom in an 18-year-old ever. She was courteous, helpful, professional, and most importantly made an impression. Her level of service is one to set the bar by. Could not be happier.

I stayed here for one night. Hotel and room were clean. However, there were some obvious wear and tear items that needed to be addressed. My shower large rear panel had a substantial crack in it that was "repaired" with caulk. I really like this style room as it has a little kitchen. No hot water kettle or stove top however!! But it did have a dishwasher which I thought was rather unnecessary. Morning breakfast was good. You have really two breakfasts as this is two hotels in one.....Tru and Home2. Lavazza coffee was very good. Bed was very comfortable and AC was cold (but noisy which is typical). Location is great. Ample safe parking. Easy to get to all things nearby. I always like the Hilton lines as they are very reliable. Just wish some of these wear and tear items were fixed. Whoever did the caulk job in the shower should not be brought back LOL!!!! Room 215.

I came in from an early and long flight from South Florida. Maryann greeted me with a warm smile and was extremely attentive from the moment I stepped into the lobby. My room was not ready as I landed earlier than expected, but Maryann offered to have them expedite cleaning of the room and then offered for the hotel to keep my bags so I could go ahead and enjoy the weather and great food. Maryann personally called me while I was out to let me know that my room was ready. Once I got back she remembered my name and even asked how my dining experience was. Once I got to my room, I realized that it was not what I had expected, and I called the front desk, and again Maryann was extremely attentive to ensure I spent the night in a comfortable room. I have been very ill and traveling for work was very tough for me, but Maryann made this experience so much better and well worth it. Now this is what I call great customer service, and due to Maryann anytime I am back in Scottsdale I will be insisting that we book the hotel for this specific location. Maryann I want to personally thank you for all you have done for me today and ensuring my comfort and health came first. You are so appreciated, and you have impacted me more than you even realize! :)
